During this session Teresa will be teaching each of the exercises from the 15 minute sequence called "Basic Workout Plus" along with modifications if needed.

This workout is featured in Chapter 4 of her book, "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes". Most people lose at least one inch from their waist or hips within 2 weeks and at least one clothing size within 4 weeks doing the "Basic Workout Plus" boot camp.
